
Ignacio Cazcarro
Ignacio Cazcarro is a PhD in Economics from the University of Zaragoza (extraordinary doctorate award), currently an ARAID researcher, linked to the Aragón Agrifood Institute (IA2) and the Department of Economic Analysis of said university. His current research is oriented towards the study of the processes of global change, climate change, and resources in a context of globalization and economic and ecological transition. In particular, it focuses on the social (employment, inequality, local studies, gender, etc.) and environmental (energy, pressures on water resources, emissions, materials, etc.) impacts of different climatic and socioeconomic trajectories. His main contributions are in the framework of multi-sector modeling (input-output, multi-regional models, social accounting matrices, dynamic, econometric-Keynesian models, etc.).
